S/he has been showing up, including for a good part of the afternoon, where about six birders were able to see him or her this afternoon. The property is called Willowdale, from the original Niwot schoolhouse, (if anyone needs a name for the eBird list) or is 7712 and 7710 Niwot Road, as the house is actually two residences- that's why we request folks park on the west side. Birders are welcome to come, and people can also bird the feeders and birdbath. Please either park in the driveway west of Franklin, not east, and please don't block the back house's driveway. There is also parking on Franklin Street. The sapsucker has wells in a pine tree, some cottonwood trees, and even some willow trees all by the chicken coop.
