[cobirds] RMBO Barr Banding Report, 9/17/14

Heat again a factor in numbers caught today - partly just fewer birds around and partly because we are closing earlier due to the temperature.  Our cool bird of the day was an Ovenbird, a relatively rare bird for the station (4 in the past 9 years).  Here's the breakdown of the 28 new birds banded:

House Wren 3
Ruby-crowned Kinglet 3
Hermit Thrush 1
Orange-crowned Warbler 3
Ovenbird 1
Wilson's Warbler 15
Lincoln's Sparrow 1
Oregon Junco 1 (FOS, and early by about 2 weeks!)

Open daily through Sat, then closed Sun and Mon.
