I went out to Big Johnson reservoir today (Saturday) and also the area to the east of the airport. I saw and photographed two ferruginous hawks (?), there was probably a third but the picture is very marginal. Big Johnson is almost completely frozen over, there were two Bald eagles eating a fish next to a hole in the ice out in the middle of the reservoir.
