[cobirds] Northeast US Snowy Owl irruption

Currently there is a very large irruption of Snowy Owls occurring in the eastern US, especially around the Great Lakes, and along the Atlantic coast as far south as N. Carolina. Looking at ebird data, it seems to be an eastern event, but it bears watching in our region, although not much activity to our north.
