[cobirds] Photos of W. Screech Owl release in my neighborhood this evening

Just over 3 weeks ago one of my neighbors observed a Western Screech Owl not acting right and called our local Wildlife Officer.  He couldn't transport all the way so I volunteered to take it to the Pueblo Raptor Center where it was found to have a concussion.  It recovered and per protocol was returned to my neighborhood for release which occurred early this evening.  I photographed this enjoyable event and have posted photos onto my Birds and Nature blog for others who want to share this owl's return to the 'wild'.
