[cobirds] Sandhill cranes, El Paso

Greetings, CObirders,

It was a unique surprise on a wintry, blizzardy day (around 3) to hear the distinctive calls of sandhill cranes through the window, and run out to see a weaving long & loose V-formation of some 350 individuals flapping steadily southward. Heading for that Spring Break destination!

Marty Wolf,
