A Brown Thrasher was reported last week south of Alamosa .. Last summer a Phainopepla was seen at a feeder south of Alamosa. Last week's Ruddy Turnstone makes two - the other being the one I reported to CoBirds at Home Lake last spring. Alas, the bashful birders of the San Luis Valley do not always report unusual sightings to CoBirds.
