I staked out the Goodwill Store chimney at dusk tonight and was pleased to watch more and more Chimney Swifts flying into the area. Right at dark they started entering the chimney and I counted 40 off of video but did not video all of them so I believe there were 45 and more likely 50 birds tonight compared to about 30 last night. I will have to work on some video so post more shots tomorrow . Last nights video and pics are available on my Birds and Nature blog.
I have no idea if they will be there tomorrow night but if you in Canon at dusk, the Goodwill Store chimney is on the corner of 9th and Main.
