This morning, I went back to the Platte River Delta to see if we could re-locate the Short-billed Dowitcher from the other day. Just like the other day, the dowitcher was not seen for over an hour and then appeared out of nowhere! I was also rewarded with a Gray Flycatcher that gave us(Loch Kilpatrick) good looks. Other birds of interest were Semipalamated Plover, Western Sandpiper, Least Sandpiper, Semipalamated Sandpiper, and Solitary Sandpipers .
