[cobirds] SW Colorado

Hi All,

Spent the last few days birding and fishing in SW Colorado. Birds of note include Summer Tanager and Western Screech-Owl (responded to a WESO mob tape)  at Navajo Lk SP Piedra River footbridge (Archuleta County) 11 July. On 12 July I had a nesting pair of Peregrine Falcons with young at Lone Dome SWA (Montezuma Cnty) and another WESO also responding to the same mob recording. Along McElmo Creek West Of Cortez (Montezuma Cnty) 13 July I had a Yellow-billed Cuckoo and a Lucy's warbler. The Lucy's was along CR J that runs along McElmo creek not at the usual Yellowjacket Canyon site. The bird also responded to the WESO mob tape.
