A male Barrow's Goldeneye was present in what open water remained near the northwest boat launch this afternoon.
The bird was close to shore a little southeast of the small shed housing the attendant who checks your boat for stowaways and could be seen from the road around the parking lot.
At least six Bald Eagles were attending the some 2000 Common Mergansers near the marina.
