[cobirds] Black Phoebes in the Canon City Riverwalk area

I spotted a single Black Phoebe twice this morning near the Arkansas River just west of the Sell's Lake parking area.  Both times were brief and both times the bird did little vocalizing.  I couldn't determine the age of the bird I saw first but the second bird sighting was one in juvenal plumage.  Finding them for five consecutive days is unusual since they usually move further away as the fledglings become stronger fliers. When I left for an out of town appointment a birder from Westcliffe who had driven down to look for the Black Phoebes was still in the area where they have been observed.
