[cobirds] Long eared owl -Chatfield reservoir- Douglas Co.

Got very lucky today at the Plum Creek bridge (home of the vociferous Eastern Pheobe) and sighted a Long-eared Owl on the east side of the bridge in trees next to the creek. 

There were two birds here, only one of which was readily visible. The sighting was at 12:30 PM today. Pictures are available.
