After reading Ted F.'s post about birds migrating over EPC last night and noticing an unusual number of birds in our yard, I decided to check Sonderman Park in Colo Springs after an appointment; there was a lot of activity from the usual summer residents and a Bleu-gray Gnatcatcher fall-out. I have never seen that many BGGC's in the park; they were everywhere!
There was also a Red-eyed Vireo, a short way north and east of the first bridge past the building. I wondered if it was a bit early for this vireo. Any comments?
