[cobirds] Lots of snow and lots of WW Doves, El Paso Cty

Hi, Cobirders.

 

I hope you are all staying home and warm. At our house in eastern Colo Spgs, we have had over 6 inches of snow and drifts up to 30-inches deep.

 

I managed to get out the back door and dig a path to our feeders. Within minutes of filling the feeders the birds arrived.

 

We have sixteen (16) White-winged Doves (six on one feeder, and yes, I got a picture), 5 Collared Doves, 3 Robins, 5 Blue Jays, 3 Crows, a dozen Dark-eyed Juncos, 5 American Goldfinches, and a plethora of House Finches and House Sparrows.
