Chris Knight and I looked around in the calm conditions at Pueblo Reservoir this morning:
Highlights as follows:
Red-necked Grebe - 2 (middle of the Reservoir, out from North Plains Campground)
Black Scoter - 1 (female/immature in the cove south of the South Shore Marina)
Common Loon - 6 (5 from West Fishing)
Clark's Grebe - 1 (SWA in NW side)
Bonaparte's Gull - 35+ (SWA in NW side mostly)
Merlin - 1 male (South Marina)
Say's Phoebe - 1 below the dam
didn't see any black-backed gulls this morning
