Hi COBirders,
I seem to be getting some of the montane birds coming down below the burn scars here on Colorado Springs Westside (Mtn Shadows). Right now I have a pair of Evening Grosbeaks working the feeders, and four Cassin's Finch (3f, 1m), as well as three RB Nuthatches, and numerous Pine Siskins. All of these are pretty irregular at my house, and I've had zero CAFI here since winter 2012-13.
Enjoying the unseasonable weather! Good birding,
Steve Brown
