Susan Pellegrini and I found a female Rusty Blackbird this morning at Chatfield Reservoir, along the shore at the Massey Draw area. There were also 1-2 Common Loons farther south in the reservoir, and small numbers of a variety of ducks and grebes, otherwise not particularly birdy. At Aurora Rampart Reservoir (entrance to Roxborough State Park), we found Mark Chavez, the continuing Pacific Loon, and 3 female/1st winter Black Scoters, along with a smattering of ducks and coots.
