Hot Spot: South Platte River (Adams Co.)--McKay Rd. & 100th area.
I pulled over when I saw two White Pelicans. On the shore with the Pelicans were two Double-Crested Cormorants.
To my surprise, when I went to record my observations in eBird, it was not the Pelicans that were "rare", but the Cormorants!
Other than that, a nice assortment of the usual ducks, geese, and coots.
