[cobirds] Pueblo Snowy Owl Monday 1/15

The Pueblo Reservoir Snowy Owl was sitting at South Shore Marina tires in the afternoon at least on Monday I hear.  Usually when it is there, it is there all day.  Perhaps it was just missed in the morning hours, in the snow.  You can miss it, if you don't look carefully behind the boats from Quail Run picnic area.

There might have been two Snowy Owls around here.  I have heard that a hunter saw one and photographed it in some field on Saturday, and it appeared to be injured.  Still trying to figure out where exactly this one was seen, I know the Pueblo Reservoir Snowy Owl spent Saturday in the State Park, just not at the tires.

Good Birding,
