[cobirds] Correction to my earlier post about snowy owl. More likely in Boulder County.

aka Bubo scandiacus

Here are some more notes from my coworker about his wife's SNOW sighting yesterday. This bird was seen in Boulder County not Larimer.

"She spotted the bird in the vicinity of Hwy 287 and Yellowstone Road between Berthoud and Longmont.  The bird crossed the road heading west to east and the area is mostly fields and pasture.  She can't remember if she was just north or just south of Yellowstone Road – too excited to remember.  Ish Reservoir is just to the northeast of the intersection and a smaller pond is directly east."
