[cobirds] Warbler need id Boulder County north shore Gross Reservoir 7600 feet

You've helped me distinguish Audubon's from Myrtle Yellow Rumped Warblers.
How about this one? Taken around 6:30 a.m. in early  morning light, color is more green and yellow than image shows. Have spotted possibly a young yellow warbler (faint stripes on sides), but this one appears different.  Very shy.

And if it's not a warbler, what is it?

BTW for the first time in my knowledge, a spotted Towhee has visited me several times over the past two weeks.  A bit out of its range at 7600 feet?
