Saw a beautiful pair (male and female) of cinnamon teal on the Platte River about 1/4 mile south of Bowles (just north of Nixon's at Hudson Gardens). A singing male Bullock's oriole was just north of Bowles on the west side of the river. While looking at the oriole, I had a flyover of my FOS American pelicans (4). I also heard lots of yellow warblers and house wrens. Other goodies included spotted sandpipers, western kingbirds, and Say's phoebe.
