Hi all,
I helped with the DFO Field Trip today around Pueblo, I ended with 92 species of birds, though I started at 630am, the group appeared around 800am. We also saw a Tiger Salamander in Pueblo City Park.
Bird Highlights:

Blackpoll Warbler - 1 male
Red-headed Woodpecker - 1 adult
Green Heron - 2
Mississippi Kite - 2
Olive-sided Flycatcher - 1
Cordilleran Flycatcher - 1
Black-chinned Hummingbird on a nest
Pygmy and Red-breasted Nuthatches
Mountain Chickadees
Below Pueblo Reservoir dam, mostly Rock Canyon:
American Redstart - 1 female
Blue Grosbeak - 1 male
Chimney Swift - 1
all the normal six species of swallows
Cattail Crossing Pond in Pueblo West:
Peregrine Falcon - 1
White-winged Dove - 1
Dusky Flycatcher - 1
lots of Great-tailed Grackle
adult and baby American Coots
