--A m Chestnut-sided Warbler was reported by John Rawinski at Alamosa Golf Course at the N end on way to frisbee course on May 28.
BOULDER COUNTY:
--A Hooded Warbler was reported by Candice Johnson on the Mesa Trail Complex (south end) in Boulder on May 26.
--A Magnolia Warbler was reported by Mlodinow at Golden Pond in Longmont on May 27.
--2 Magnolia Warblers were reported by Georgia Anderson at Walden Ponds in Boulder on May 29.
--On May 29 at Fawn Brook Inn in Allenspark, Hundertmark reported a few Brown-capped Rosy-Finches continue.
--A Gray Flycatcher was reported by Ted Floyd on the White-Rocks Trail in Boulder on May 30.
CHAFFEE COUNTY:
--A Fox Sparrow was reported by Sue Riffe on CR 240 on May 28.
CONEJOS COUNTY:
--A White-eyed Vireo was reported by Lissa Rawinski at Pike's Stockade on May 27. The main trails are dry but the bird is to the SW in some extremely wet areas (requiring hip boots).

DOUGLAS COUNTY:
--An Eastern Phoebe was reported by Joey Kellner and others on the Douglas County side of Chatfield SP on May 30.
ELBERT COUNTY:
--On May 26, Suddjian reported ALDER FLYCATCHER at Middle Bijou Creek at CR 117.
--An Eastern Phoebe was reported by Suddjian at CR 98 at East Bijou on May 26.
--A Magnolia Warbler was reported by Suddjian in Agate on May 26.
--A Baltimore Oriole was reported by Suddjian at Big Sandy near Simla on May 26.
EL PASO COUNTY:
--A Baltimore Oriole was reported by David Tonnessen at Sinton Pond in Colorado Springs on May 26.
--On Hanover Road on May 30 a Black-throated Blue Warber was reported by Richard Bunn and a f Chestnut-sided Warbler was reported by Bunn and Maynard.
EL PASO/PUEBLO COUNTIES (CB):
--A m Prothonotary Warbler was reported by Brandon Percival at the banding station at Chico Basin Ranch on May 29.
--A f Magnolia Warbler was reported by Brandon Percival at Headquarter Williows at Chico Basin Ranch on May 29 and May 30.
--An ALDER FLYCATCHER was reported by Alex Hopping at Chico Basin Ranch on May 30 on the Pueblo side.
HUERFANO COUNTY:
--A Scissor-tailed Flycatcher was reported by Polly Wren Neldner on CR 358 on May 30.
JEFFERSON COUNTY:
--On May 30, the Blue-winged Warbler was reported by Bob Spencer at Welchester Tree Grant Park.
--On May 29, Suddjian reported Magnolia Warbler and Least Flycatcher at Massey Draw.
LARIMER COUNTY:
--An ARCTIC TERN was spotted by David Wade at Timnath Reservoir in the NE Corner on May 24. On May 25, Dale Adams reported ARCTIC TERN at Timnath Reservoir. On May 26, Josh Bruening and others reported ARCTIC TERN continues at Timnath Reservoir in the center. On May 28, Kathy Mihm Dunning reported 2 Red-headed Woodpeckers and ARCTIC TERN at Timnath Reservoir.
--On May 26, Dave Leatherman reported Least Flycatcher and Summer Tanager at Prospect Ponds NA and Environmental Learning Center. The Summer Tanager was N of NW corner of ELC parking lot.
--A Red-headed Woodpecker was reported by Josh McGeehan at the Environmental Learning Center on May 27.
--A Canyon Towhee was reported by Arvind Panjabi across from Horsetooth Mountain Park main parking lot on May 27. Try finding it on CR 38E.
--A Wood Thrush was reported by Greg Levandoski in Fort Collins on the Poudre Trail on May 30.
MESA COUNTY:
--A pair of Purple Martins was reported by Leon Thurmon at Juniata Reservoir on May 29.
MOFFAT COUNTY:
--A Least Flycatcher was reported by Forrest Luke at Loudy-Simpson Park in Craig on May 27.
PUEBLO COUNTY:
--On May 24, at Valco Ponds SWA, Brandon Percival reported Bell's Vireo and Painted Bunting. On May 25, David Chartier reported that the Bell's Vireo was still singing at Valco Ponds SWA. On May 27, Percival reported that the singing Bell's Vireo continues at the 3rd Valco Pond. On May 30, Percival reported that the Bell's Vireo contiues at the 3rd Valco Pond.
ROUTT COUNTY:
--A Blackburnian Warbler was reported by Dan Canady in Yampa on May 26.
WELD COUNTY:
--A Scarlet Tanager was reported by Mlodinow by the South Platte river near CO 60 and CR 46 on May 27.
--An ALDER FLYCATCHER and f Magnolia Warbler were reported by Mlodinow at Glenmere Park in Greeley on May 27.
The DFO Field Trip for Sunday, 31 May will be to Cherry Creek SP led by Karen von Saltza (kvonsaltza AT yahoo.com, 303-941-4881). Meet the leader at 0800. Enter at EAST entrance to Park from South Parker Road. NOTE: this is NOT the regular meeting site for most previous trips. Go past entrance kiosk and take the first left turn. Continue on this road, past the east boat ramp and turn left to the "East Shade, Picnic Shelters" as shown on the park map, located on the east shore of the lake. Bring water and snacks. Scopes are useful. Sunscreen and bug repellent are necessary. Will carpool to various stops. Please register online or call leader to register.
