There was a very dark Harlan's yesterday at Harriman Lake, in the large trees in the open space bordering south side of the lake. There is also a long-time resident pair of Red-tailed Hawks in this same area, one of which was present at the same time (north side of lake along Quincy), but I did not see any interaction between the two.
