[cobirds] Unidentified Sparrow at my feeder - can anyone identify? Littleton, CO

This bird has been hanging around my feeder, feeds only on the ground,, usually in the company of juncos.  Kind of like a Tree Sparrow (definitely has a two-tone bill), but the rusty cap is not solid, only a streak.  http://www.flickr.com/photos/90053206@N08/with/8179562686/
