Hi Ben
Your lifer list can be found at the 9 (I believe 9) World Birding Centers-some fairly easy. King Ranch is home of the owl population. Tropical Parula seen in multiple tour outings--found ours on personal outing at Harlingen Lake (east side in trees and across the street in art park)-also Yellow-throated and Tennessee.
Thanks Gary Lefko, Nunn

Thank you for sharing these photos! I am planning a roadtrip down there in about a month. Many of the several lifers I plan to get to quite common. Green Jays, Long-billed Thrasher, Black-crested Titmouse, Plain Chachalaca, Least Grebe, Buff-breasted Hummingbirds, Altamira Oriole, Ringed and Green Kingfisher, etc. However, some seem quite hard to find. Where did you guys see Ferruginous Pygmy-Owls and the Tropical Parula?Ben Sampson,Centennial, CO
