[cobirds] Colorado CBC Dates updated

Hi all,

I've now heard from nearly all the compilers for Colorado Christmas Bird Counts, and I've heard the date for nearly all the Counts in Colorado now.

Tuesday, 17 December: Rocky Ford

Wednesday, 18 December: Fountain Creek

Thursday, 19 December: Pueblo, Weldona-Fort Morgan

Friday, 20 December: Bonny Reservoir, North Jefferson County

Saturday, 21 December: Crook, Great Sand Dunes NP, Nunn, Roaring Fork River Valley

Sunday, 22 December: Delta

Saturday, 28 December: Cortez, Douglas County, Greeley, Montrose, Pawnee National Grasslands-East, Rawhide Energy Station
