9/3
Lake Estes
Sanderling
Semipalmated Sandpiper(2)
Sage Thrasher
Upper Beaver Meadows
Cassin's Vireo- our best look at the species on the trip, and we were finally able to get comparison looks between CAVI and PLVI.
Rose Breasted Grosbeak- a presumed first year bird staying quite low in the restoration area WEST of the parking lot.
Warbler sp. an almost definite hatch year Magnolia Warbler, which I called originally, but after looking at pictures of Juvie Canada, and Nashville Warblers, I couldn't be 110% sure.
Endovally picnic area and trails
American Three Toed Woodpecker
Hammonds Flycatcher
Townsends Warbler- not quite the best of looks but appeared to be an adult female.
Good Birding
