The Gardens on Spring Creek, Audubon Rockies, Bird Conservancy of the Rockies, and Trees, Water & People are excited to present ¡Aves Sin Fronteras! (Birds Without Borders!) a FREE bilingual celebration for the community that spotlights migratory birds as they begin their fall migration and head south to their wintering grounds in Mexico, Central and South America. This multicultural experience aims to engage our Northern Colorado community (including but not limited to Hispanic or Spanish-speaking families) with nature through migratory birds.
¡Aves Sin Fronteras! will feature wild bird banding demonstrations, bird-themed games and interactive activities, self-guided tours of the Gardens, as well as food and refreshments. Guests will meet real scientists and natural resource professionals and learn ways to get involved in conservation around their home and in their community. Bilingual (Spanish/English) staff and resources will be available.
Admission is free and everyone is welcome.
