Our field trip for the WFO convention visited Adobe Creek Reservoir this afternoon. Highlight was a juv. Short-billed Dowitcher among a small flock of Lesser Yellowlegs at the south dam. Photo attached. Note the diagnostic pattern on the tertials. To reach the site, it is best to approach from the south to avoid a washed out road.
