[cobirds] Denver Field Ornithologists Monday Oct 24 7:30 pm

Kevin Cook, writer-naturalist from Loveland, Colorad will present the history that never gets taught. 200 miles of birding in 200 years.  How were places and birds in Colorado discovered and named!  
Kevin Cook was a contributor, columnist, and feature writer for Bird Watcher’s Digest for 31 years. He has been a newspaper columnist since 1974. And he has edited more than 1,000 research papers for science journals such as The Auk, Condor, and others. 
The DFO meeting is at 7:30 p.m. in the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, Ricketson Auditorium. Enter in the north side security/employee entrance and tell the guard that you are there for the DFO meeting.
