[cobirds] Rocky Mountain Arsenal NWR

Dan Stringer is correct about Rocky Mountain Arsenal being in Adams County.

When Denver was building DIA, they exchanged some land in old Denver

County for the land that DIA occupies.  So Rocky Mountain Arsenal was

part of the land exchange.
