[cobirds] Re: Trumpeter?

They weren't there yesterday when I was there around 1:30.  I don't think they were seen at all yesterday.  The reservoir is big (I'd recommend a scope), but it would be pretty obvious if they were there, especially since a good portion of the reservoir is frozen.  There is a trail that skirts the south side of the reservoir, with parking near the southwest and southeast corners of the reservoir.

Good morning!

Did anyone see the Trumpeter Swans yesterday at the S. Platte Reservoir? And, as I've not birded there before, where, on the reservoir are they being seen, I.e., south end, north-east corner, etc. (or is it quite apparent when one arrives)?

Thanks!
