My brother and I were delighted to find a Yellow-bellied Sapsucker today in the town of Kremmling. It was last seen in a backyard at the intersection of Range Ave and 6th St. Also present were a trio of late Western Meadowlarks and a flock of Brewer's Blackbirds, both of which might be lingering in the high country due to the recent warm weather.
Also of note were two Trumpeter Swans on the southwest side of Green Mountain Reservoir and a late Common Loon at Dillon Reservoir.
