---On November 13 at Miramonte Reservoir, George Steele reported 4 Surf Scoters, 2 White-winged Scoters, and 5 American Pipits.  On November 18 at Miramonte Reservoir, Eric Hynes reported 4 Surf Scoters, 4 White-winged Scoters, 2 Barrow's Goldeneyes, and 1-st winter Sabine's Gull.

SEDGWICK COUNTY:
---On November 16 at Jumbo Reservoir, Aaron Yappert reported 9 Greater White-fronted Geese and Black-legged Kittiwake.
---On November 18 at Jumbo Reservoir, Bill Kaempfer reported 5 Greater White-fronted Geese.

SUMMIT COUNTY:
---On November 19 at Dillon Reservoir, Tom WIlberding reported Barrow's Goldeneyes.

TELLER COUNTY:
---On November 19 at Manitou Lake, Robb Hinds reported ad m White-winged Scoter.  This is a new county bird for Teller County.  Later

WASHINGTON COUNTY:

DFO Field Trip:
The DFO Field Trip for Friday, November 24 will be to Rocky Mountain Arsenal NWR led by Jill Boice (jill AT booksandcats.net; 303-863-7580).  Meet at 0800 at Arsenal Visitors Center, 6550 Gateway Rd, Commerce City.  On I-70 east, take exit 278, turn left onto Quebec St, Turn right onto E 64th Ave, tur left onto Trenton St, continue onto Gateway Rd to Visitor Center.  
   Will visit Lake Ladore and lower Derby Lake.  Then will walk one of the lesser used trails.  We may walk 3-4 miles on mostly easy trails.  Will stop for lunch about 11.  Trails are sometimes muddy.  Bring water and snacks or lunch.  Scopes helpful for lakes but optional  Register online or contact leader.

The DFO Field Trip for Saturday, November 25 will be to Walden Ponds Wildlife Habitat/Sawhill led by Paula Hansley (plhansley AT gmail.com; 720-890-2628)  Meet at Cottonwood Marsh parking lot at 0700.  From northbound US 36, take Foothills Parkway exit.  Go north 2 miles to Arapahoe Ave, then east to 75th St.  Go north on 75th past Valmont Rd and railroad tracks.  Turn left at Wildlife Habitat sign.  Follow road west and south to Cottonwood Marsh parking lot.  
   Will walk 1-2 miles on level bround.  Bring binoculars, snacks, and water.  Will look for waterfowl on lakes at Walden and Sawhill so bring a scope if you have one.  At 75th and Boulder Creek we could find Dippers and lingering migrants.  Register online or contact leader.

The DFO Field Trip for Sunday, November 26 will be to Chatfield SP Marina sandspit led by Gregg Goodrich (GreggGoodrich AT gmail.com; 303-665-9135)  This trip is full.
