Also, we're doing our first teen naturalist wintering raptor survey of the season Sunday, November 9, beginning at 9 AM at the North Foothills Trail parking area on North Broadway north of US 36, and any students who might be interested in seeing and photographing hawks and eagles are most welcome to join us. Please help us spread the word. Thanks much, Steve

Teen Naturalist Program
Ages 12-18
Initiated by two of our more active young members, this program gives students the chance to participate in professional field studies, restoration projects, and nature photography. We meet monthly on Sunday mornings, September-June. A weekend in late March or early April is devoted to a camping trip to Western Nebraska to photograph migrating sandhill cranes and dancing sharp-tailed grouse.
