[cobirds] Bald Eagles on Highland Lake, Weld

The several pairs of Bald Eagles are still hanging around on the ice on Highland Lake. If not on the ice, they are somewhere in the trees around the lake or across the road. There are at least six matures and two juveniles.  I'm just guessing that the juveniles are first year because there is almost always an adult near and/or interacting with them. Would this still be the case if they are older?
