Last night I had the great opportunity to watch as common merganser and a bufflehead eat their crawfish dinner at Blue Heron Park, Littleton. They took the same approach where they latched onto the claw of the crawfish right at the body and shook it around and smacked it against the water. Once both claws were removed it was down the hatch. It reminds me of a Bee-eater. *Take the ouchy-parts off first*Here are a few shots I took so you can enjoy it as well.- Brian
