Yesterday and today I found 4 Black Phoebes (Sells Lake & Mackenzie bridge). 1 Eastern Phoebe (Sells Lake), and 5 Says Phoebes (Sells Lake and Tunnel Drive drying pond).Also had a Says Phoebe at Florence River Park. I haven't seen that many Phoebes here for several years.
-- Yesterday there was a beautiful male Cinnamon Teal at Sells Lake. Today, in addition to several Phoebes, Sells Lake produced 5 bright Audubon's Yellow-rumped Warblers and a Lincolns Sparrow.
And today a saw an Osprey that was working on last years nest by ponds on Mackenzie Ave.
