Just had a very cool convergence of two or three flocks of 100-125 Franklin's gulls into one massive flock of 350-400 right over my house in north Boulder. Then another of about 100 a couple of minutes later. They were mainly circling, but then briefly flew in murmurations. Seemed to come from the west, south and north, then headed east in the direction of Valmont power plant and reservoirs.
