Hi all-
What can I say, the Brits are where I often look when in doubt.  This video is very helpful.
IMO it's a Long-eared Owl.
Further, one thing most people forgot to mention and should be first clue is HABITAT.   The owl was flushed from typical Long-eared Owl habitat.
