[cobirds] White-winged Scoter, Jefferson

Hi folks-just found an adult male white winged scoter at Walton reservoir, the location where the elusive red necked grebe was reported about a week ago. Grainy photos obtained - Bird is in the far north end of the reservoir, associating with Canada and cackling geese
