I took this picture at a Salt Lake City aviary. I know it isn't in Colorado and it was not out in nature but I simply couldn't get my mind off these amazing, surprising and unexpected feet of a bufflehead! I don't know how many people get an opportunity to see them and I know I never had so I just wanted to share this picture.
