At last, the totals for the Denver Urban Christmas Bird Count. We tallied 83 species, 54,310 individual birds -- averages for the 31 counts: 83 and 38,809.
New to the count: Lark Sparrow, seen at Rocky Mtn. Arsenal NWR.

We missed 3 species for the first time: Sharp-shinned Hawk, Pheasant, & Herring Gull.
