[cobirds] DFO field trip scheduled for Jan 7 has been moved to Jan 8

To announce that the DFO field trip to Elbert County on Jan 7 has been moved to Jan 8. 

Hopefully the registration page will soon be updated, but at the moment says Jan 7. There was still one space open, so I wanted to get the word out about the change in date.
