For those willing to brave the wind the Brant is still at Stearns lake as of ~1 pm. Was first spotted by Sue (didn't get her last name) as it flew in at 12:20. When I left it was hanging out in the middle of a large flock of Canada's/cacklers in the north east corner of the lake on the ice. It may be visible from the parking lot but that's unlikely. In order to get a good look you'll probably need to stand on the dam.
The white-fronted was also still there, and was much closer to the dam, sitting in the east edge of the ice right by the edge of the water.
Best of luck!
