After reading about the very white African Collared Dove in Louisville, I've noticed at least one very white dove among the hoards of Eurasian Collared Doves that have invaded my backyard (and run the shier Mourning Doves off!). I haven't gotten a decent look at the underneath of the tail to see if it looks any different from the EuCoDos.
-- Could you post again the details of determining if it's an African or Eurasian? I remember that it had to do with the under tail coverts, but I don't remember all of the details.
