[cobirds] Female Magnificent Hummingbird, Boulder County, 11/3 - No Visitors Please

COBirders,

The bird has been here a week as of this morning. She is at the feeder.

Despite a dusting of snow (and snow thunder this morning) the temperatures are "only" in the low 30s (34 low last night, 35 now, compared to a 30 she weathered a week back.) That said, the temperature is not likely to improve like previous days, and the insects will be in short supply.

I'd like to have *no visitors* to the deck today please. I know her chances of survival are low (since she's not head south yet) but I'd rather she be free to feed on a cold day like this. (Viewing from the road is fine, but that is not particularly close.)

Joe Roller suggested I start a log book for visitors. Since I didn't have one a week ago when people first arrived I've set up a Google form as a virtual log book. I'd appreciate a few minutes of your time to gather what I can on the bird and birders:

Visitor Log:

regards,

Adam
